I work as a machinist for the US Navy under the Department of Defense. With 15 years of marital bliss, I take great pride in my role as a loving husband and devoted father to my 11-year-old boy and 7-month-old baby girl. When I’m not working or spending quality time with my family, I find joy in pursuing my various hobbies.

As a basketball enthusiast, I highly value the camaraderie and physicality the game provides. Driving my Evo 9 through the winding canyons brings me a sense of thrill and adventure. I also have a passion for photography, capturing the beauty of the world through my lens. Another one of my interests lies in riding my 2016 Harley Davidson Dyna Streetbob, finding freedom and tranquility on the open road. Lastly, I enjoy participating in recreational gun shooting, embracing the precision and discipline it requires.

A Love for Cars Was Born

I developed an interest in cars due to personal experiences and Media, popular culture like movies, TV shows, video games, and magazines centered around cars played a significant role in sparking my interest. Iconic cars featured in films like the "Fast and Furious" franchise, games like "Need for Speed," or TV shows like "Top Gear" ignited a fascination with cars and inspired me to explore the car scene further. I am drawn to the technical aspects of cars, including their performance capabilities and engineering design. The desire to understand how cars work, the thrill of speed, and the challenge of tuning and modifying vehicles motivate me to immerse myself in the car scene.

For me, the visual appeal of cars and the ability to personalize and customize them is a significant factor. Unique paint jobs, body kits, wheels, and interior modifications can make cars stand out and allow me to express my own style and personality. The car scene often offers a community of like-minded individuals like me who share a passion for automobiles. The opportunity to connect with others, attend car meets and events, and share knowledge and stories can be a motivating factor for me as an enthusiast. Ultimately, what encouraged me to become interested in cars and the car scene is a personal journey shaped by my own unique experiences and influences.

Why I chose this Car and Customized it

Its highly regarded for its performance capabilities. By customizing the Evo 9, I can further enhance its performance, such as upgrading exhaust systems, intake systems, and suspensions, to unlock even more power and agility. Customizing it allows me to personalize its appearance and reflect my own preferences and style. The Evo 9's muscular and aggressive stance provides a great canvas for customization. With enhancements such as body kits, spoilers, custom paint jobs, and unique wheel choices, I can create a one-of-a-kind look that stands out from the crowd.

I chose this model for its impressive performance capabilities. The turbocharged engine combined with the advanced all-wheel-drive system delivers quick acceleration, excellent grip, and precise handling. I often appreciate the power and agility of my Evo 9, especially during spirited driving or on twisty roads.

It offers a highly engaging driving experience. The precise steering, responsive throttle, and sharp handling allow drivers to have direct control and feel connected to the road. It also draws upon Mitsubishi's successful rally heritage, and driving one can evoke a sense of connection to the rally racing world. I did most of the installations for my Evo 9. Clutch installed by Mr. Cyrus Martinez (Final Speed Garage). Tuned by Dr. Phil @performanceplustuning. Wrapped by @ACDcustoms. Alignment and corner balanced by @larryluster.

Future Plans

Future plans for my Evo 9 are: a bigger turbo to reach 500whp. Upgraded suspensions for stability and more fun to drive it on the track and canyon roads. The most important plan for my Evo 9 is to pass it on to my son and have him continue whatever I didn’t get to do with it and enjoy owning it.

I participate in motorsports events, car shows, or competitions, seeking recognition for my skills, creativity, and craftsmanship. I often develop an appreciation for the engineering and design elements that go into creating vehicles.
