So, I'm a very outgoing person and always have people around me or drawn to me as I'm easy to get along with. I enjoy all types of vehicles, from classic to new, but I definitely prefer the classics. I love going to shows and events to see what everyone brings and to find that unique or different vehicle. I'm a family man and enjoy spending time with the kids and getting them involved with the car and learning about other cars.

About the Car

What Made You Choose It?

I never planned on actually modifying my car, having only been around in the scene for three years. But the reason behind it was because, at the beginning, everyone used to say, "Ewww, it's a Kia. That's not worthy." So I decided to go big or go home, dare to be different and unique and prove to people that anything is possible and it pays to be different. Now people always ask me, "Is that really a Kia?"

Describe the Build and Modifications

Engine

The car started as a stock 2013 Kia Cee'd, but it has undergone significant modifications to stand out in the car scene. Here’s a detailed list of the build and modifications:

Current Engine: 1.4 110bhp engine
Future Engine Plans: Swap for a 1.6 turbocharged engine

Exterior

The exterior of the car has been transformed to make a bold statement:

Wrap: Cadbury purple and metallic black
Suspension: Lowered on coilovers
Wheels: 17-inch Japan Racing alloys in black
Additional Features:

Working bonnet vents
Front splitter, side skirts, and rear diffuser
Custom exhaust
Large spoiler
Underglow installed along with a bonnet underglow light
Tinted windows all around
Tinted rear lights

Interior

The interior is currently being built with exciting plans ahead:

Proper sound system with working mini TVs
Installing a roll cage and full carpet
Interior lights and starry roof lining

Are There Future Build Plans?

Yes, there are always future build plans in mind. I am planning to swap the current engine for a more powerful 1.6 turbocharged engine to boost performance. Additionally, the interior is still a work in progress with plans to install a proper sound system, mini TVs, a roll cage, full carpet, and a starry roof lining. I also aim to install a full air ride system to enhance the driving experience.

Shout Outs

I want to give a shout-out to many of my friends who have supported me, especially the car club I help run, Mods and Stockers, plus all the other Cornwall car clubs. But the biggest shout-out has got to be my wife for putting up with me whenever something goes wrong on the car, but also for how much she supports my passion and love for my car.
