Midwest Modified is a car community that a friend and I started up in August of 2020. So far we have had 2 meets/shows this last summer. We are about appreciating what you have when it comes to automotive. The reason I started the group was to show younger enthusiasts that the car community isn’t all about being fickle and slamming you and vehicles. Showing the younger that I’ve been in the exact same spot. I almost turned away from the car community because of all of the hate. I’m trying to be here to show that’s not the case at all. We would like to explain what we’re about and be able to get the word out there. We are 100% willing and asking to work with you! We are looking forward to hearing from you.
What members receive from our community is a hate-free environment to share their passion and their envision of what they want their vehicle to be. We want everyone to share what they have, at the end of the day we are all brought together through the same passion. We offer merchandise in which members can have their car 3D printed and pressed onto clothing!
We host events once a month during the summer. We host these events to have everyone come out and share their vehicle. We all get together and have a good time, the majority of events we host are park and socialize with others. We turned a larger turnout with the first 2 meets, with about 30-50 cars at each. We are expecting to double those numbers this summer.
We have not held any competition styled events yet, but are looking into hosting a large show in Princeton, Minnesota at Lifestyle Tint. We are having a very low admission fee to the show. We will be having a couple of undisclosed categories at the event. We will be giving out awards to the winner of each category.
We would love to support local charities in our area, meaning the Midwest of America. There are definitely some great causes out there and we are going to contribute!
