GUEST POST & SPONSORED CONTENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions govern all guest posts, sponsored articles, backlinks, and advertiser post submissions to Stance Auto Magazine ("we", "us", "our"). By submitting content or placing an order with us, you ("the Advertiser", "the Submitter") agree to be bound by these terms in full.

1. EDITORIAL CONTROL

1.1 Stance Auto Magazine retains full and absolute editorial control over all content published on stanceauto.co.uk at all times.

1.2 We reserve the right to review, edit, rewrite, decline, or remove any submitted content at our sole discretion, without obligation to provide reasons.

1.3 We do not guarantee publication of any submitted content. Payment does not guarantee acceptance. If content is declined after payment, a full refund will be issued.

1.4 All content submitted to us will be rewritten and optimised to meet our editorial and SEO standards before publication. This is a standard part of our process and is included in the agreed fee.

2. PUBLICATION TIMELINE

2.1 We do not operate fixed publication deadlines. Our standard turnaround is 5–10 business days from receipt of approved content and full payment.

2.2 Rush publication requests may be considered at our discretion and may incur an additional fee.

2.3 We will communicate expected publication dates in good faith but do not accept liability for delays caused by our editorial review process, content quality issues, or factors outside our control.

3. PERMANENCE OF PUBLISHED CONTENT

3.1 All guest posts and sponsored articles published on stanceauto.co.uk are permanent placements for the lifetime of the domain, unless removed under the terms set out in Section 5 of these Terms.

3.2 We do not offer temporary or time-limited placements unless explicitly agreed in writing prior to publication.

3.3 Once published, content and links will remain live for the duration of our ownership and operation of stanceauto.co.uk.

4. ADVERTISER REMOVAL REQUESTS

4.1 Once content has been published, we do not accept removal requests from Advertisers. The placement is permanent as stated at the point of sale.

4.2 No refund will be issued where an Advertiser requests removal of content that has been correctly published in accordance with these Terms.

4.3 If an Advertiser requests removal and we agree to it as a goodwill gesture, no refund will be due.

5. OUR RIGHT TO REMOVE CONTENT

5.1 We reserve the right to remove any published content at any time if:

a) The linked website is found to contain adult material, illegal content, hate speech, misinformation, gambling, payday loans, counterfeit products, or any content inconsistent with our published prohibited links policy;

b) The linked website changes its primary subject matter to something unrelated to the original placement;

c) The content is found to breach copyright, defame any person, or create legal risk for Stance Auto Magazine;

d) The content is found to violate Google's Webmaster Guidelines in a manner that risks a penalty to our domain.

e) We are required to remove it by law or regulatory authority.

5.2 In the event of removal under Section 5.1, no refund will be due.

6. CONTENT OWNERSHIP AND RIGHTS

6.1 The Advertiser warrants that they hold full rights to all content, images, and media submitted to us, and that publication will not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights.

6.2 By submitting content to us, the Advertiser grants Stance Auto Magazine a non-exclusive, irrevocable licence to publish, edit, and display that content on stanceauto.co.uk and associated social media channels.

6.3 We will not reproduce submitted content on third-party websites without agreement.

6.4 Images provided by Advertisers must be either owned by the Advertiser, licensed for commercial use, or royalty-free. We accept no liability for copyright infringement arising from Advertiser-supplied images.

7. LINKS

7.1 All guest post links are permanent DoFollow unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7.2 We will not add the rel="sponsored" or rel="nofollow" attribute to agreed DoFollow links.

7.3 We reserve the right to add rel="sponsored" disclosure to any link we deem appropriate under Google's guidelines or ASA requirements, without prior notice.

7.4 Link destinations must remain consistent with the content and niche of the article. We reserve the right to remove or nofollow a link if the destination page changes to something inconsistent with our editorial standards after publication.

8. PROHIBITED CONTENT

8.1 We will not publish content containing links to or promoting the following, regardless of payment:

- Adult or sexually explicit material
- Illegal activities or products
- Hate speech, racism, or discrimination
- Misinformation or fake news
- Gambling or betting services
- Payday loans or high-interest credit products
- Counterfeit or replica products
- Any content that conflicts with our registered trade mark or brand values

8.2 Submission of prohibited content will result in immediate rejection and forfeiture of any payment made.

9. PAYMENT TERMS

9.1 Full payment is required before publication. We do not publish on credit or invoice terms unless a prior written agreement exists.

9.2 Payment confirms acceptance of these Terms and Conditions in full.

9.3 Refunds are only available where we decline to publish submitted content. Once content is published, all fees are non-refundable.

9.4 We are not liable for any VAT, tax, or duty obligations on the Advertiser's side arising from payments made to us.

10. DISCLOSURE AND COMPLIANCE

10.1 All sponsored, paid, or gifted content will be clearly disclosed in accordance with UK ASA guidelines and FTC requirements for US audiences.

10.2 Advertisers must disclose any affiliate relationships or financial interests relevant to submitted content.

10.3 We reserve the right to add disclosure labels to any content we deem necessary, without prior approval from the Advertiser.

11. DIRECT RELATIONSHIP

11.1 All orders are placed directly with Stance Auto Magazine. We do not operate through third-party link marketplaces or intermediary platforms unless explicitly agreed.

11.2 We do not accept orders placed through marketplace platforms without prior written agreement and reserve the right to decline any order originating from such a platform.

11.3 Direct advertiser relationships are welcomed and encouraged. Repeat advertisers may benefit from preferential rates at our discretion.

12. LIABILITY

12.1 Stance Auto Magazine accepts no liability for any loss of rankings, traffic, or revenue arising from publication or non-publication of content on our site.

12.2 We do not guarantee any SEO outcomes, ranking improvements, or traffic results from placement on our site.

12.3 Our total liability to any Advertiser shall not exceed the fee paid for the specific placement in question.

13. GOVERNING LAW

13.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

13.2 Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

13.3 Stance Auto Magazine is a registered UK trade mark (UKTM No. UK00003572459).

14. AMENDMENTS

14.1 We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The version in force at the time of order placement applies to that order.

14.2 Updated terms will be published on stanceauto.co.uk with a revised date.
