Photographs and media submission policy

1. Permission and licence
By submitting any photographs, video, or other media ("Media") to Stance Auto Magazine, you grant Stance Auto Magazine a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, publish, distribute, edit, crop, adapt, and display the Media in any format and across any medium now known or hereafter developed. This includes but is not limited to: the printed magazine, digital editions, the Stance Auto Magazine website at stanceauto.co.uk, all social media platforms, promotional materials, advertising, and any commercially printed items.

2. Archive and back-issue protection
The licence granted above applies to all current and future issues of Stance Auto Magazine, including all archived and previously published editions, digital back issues, and any platform on which Stance Auto Magazine content is distributed or sold, including Amazon Kindle Direct Publishing and similar services. This licence survives indefinitely and is not affected by any subsequent request to withdraw or remove submitted Media.

3. Moral rights waiver
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you waive all moral rights in the submitted Media, including the right to be identified as the author and the right to object to derogatory treatment, in connection with Stance Auto Magazine's use of the Media as set out in this policy. Where credit is given, it is done so as a courtesy and does not create any additional obligation on Stance Auto Magazine.

4. Warranty — you confirm you own what you submit
By submitting Media to Stance Auto Magazine, you warrant and confirm that: (a) you are the sole owner of the Media submitted, or have obtained the full written permission of the copyright owner (including the original photographer where applicable) to grant the licence set out above; (b) the Media does not infringe the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or any other rights of any third party; and (c) you have the full legal right and authority to enter into this agreement.

5. Third-party photographers
If any Media submitted was created by a third-party photographer, you must obtain their explicit written consent before submission and make them aware of the terms of this policy. By submitting Media created by a third party, you confirm that such consent has been obtained. Stance Auto Magazine accepts no liability for any copyright claim arising from Media submitted without the photographer's knowledge or consent.

6. Indemnity
You agree to fully indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Stance Auto Magazine, its editors, contributors, and associated parties against any and all claims, damages, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from any breach of the warranties set out in clause 4, or any claim by a third party (including photographers) in relation to Media submitted by you.

7. What we will not do
Stance Auto Magazine will not sell or license your Media to any third-party outlets without your prior written consent. Our right to use your Media is limited to the promotion and publication of Stance Auto Magazine content as described in this policy.

8. Important — do not submit if unsure
If you do not own the rights to the Media you wish to submit, or if you have not obtained the written permission of the original photographer, do not submit your story or Media. Submission constitutes your acceptance of all terms set out in this policy.
