I always passed by Street Special when I was a little boy and kept thinking 'my dream is to build a car in this garage' and it came true! after a while, I ordered the body kit from Kazama auto and the wheels from Work Wheels and decided to paint the Silvia orange colour but I never liked orange lol.

Hi, my name is Erik, I’m 24 years old and I’m a Brazilian living in Japan. I was born and raised in Japan, and I've always liked cars, and my dream has been to have a Silvia s15 since I was a little boy, but I never imagined that I would realize this dream! I wanted to build my car very different from everyone else, an aggressive style that when you look at the car you already know it is mine.
One day I went to a drift event and saw an s15 and I liked it a lot, and after that day my dream was to have an s15. Then one day I was looking at a used car app and found my Silvia and it was for sale, on the same day I went there to see the car and I decided to buy it.
I got my driver's license and went to the circuit to drift and ended up blowing the engine, I was shocked because it had not been even 1 month since I had bought the car... but I didn't give up and I built an SR22DET at Street Special, a famous garage where they prepare drag and grip cars.

I painted it this colour because it is very rare to see an orange Silvia and I ended up liking this colour. I started going to car meetings and made a lot of friends! From then on I decided not to drift anymore and assemble my car just for exposure.
I am proud to have the car of my dreams! When I drive my car I forget all my problems, I am very happy when I stop at any place and someone comes up to me and says 'your car is very nice, 'I have never seen a Silvia so well kept'. I think it makes my car unique, the colour combination with the body kit it made the car very aggressive, and I think it matches a lot!!

Never give up on your dreams, no matter how hard it is to get your dream car, go for it!
I never imagined I would have this Silvia, but I had to work hard for it!

We all share the same passion and most people you come across are more than willing to share tips, and advice and just help each other out, no matter the language barriers or where we are from, it's like one big family. It is very nice when someone comes to talk to me because they have seen my car on SNS, I have made several friendships because of this!!
