2016 Seat Leon Cupra
I'm 26 years old, live in Bedfordshire. Work on the railway as an electrical engineer. My hobby is mostly just doing car bits. Going to car meets and shows.
What got you into cars?
I've always liked cars since I was a kid. Used to always play need for speed and other racing games. Going to car events such as top gear live and just dreaming of having/modifying a car one day.
I've had a few cars over the past couple of years but never really been in the situation to properly modify them. That's why with this one, I went a little crazy.
Why this Car?
I wanted a mk7 Golf GTI originally but my sister had one and I couldn't just copy. Golf Rs are just everywhere near where I live. Audi S3 was out of my budget at the time and the Cupra in my opinion looks better than the golf / s3 too.
It feels great. Alot of people know and recognise this car now. It's a combination of my favourite colours and it never looks the same because of the type of wrap on it. It surprises alot of cars on the road and not many know that it has the same engine as the S3 / Golf R.
These have common issues with headlight condensation and also water pump failures. The stock turbo is also renowned for being rather weak.
Just modify it as you like. There are many people who questioned my decisions on the modifications I was applying and now those same people message me and say my car is amazing.

The Wrap was carried out by @WrapExtreme
All parts fitted by me by trial and error, except for tuning.
Forge the engine and possibly change the wheels.
The groups and car scene allowed me to express myself in a better way than I thought would ever be possible.
