Nissan S13 1jz Swapped

The Nissan S13 is a sports car that was produced by Nissan from 1989 to 1998. It was known for its sharp steering and handling and was relatively lightweight. The S13 was available in both coupe and hatchback body styles and was powered by a variety of engines, including a 2.0-litre naturally-aspirated four-cylinder, a 2.0-litre turbocharged four-cylinder, and a 2.4-litre naturally-aspirated four-cylinder. The S13 was popular with tuners and drifters and is still a popular car today. Prices for S13s have been rising in recent years, and good examples can be quite expensive.

The 1JZ-GTE is a turbocharged, inline-6, 2.5-litre (2,496 cc) engine produced by Toyota from 1991 to 2007. It was the turbocharged variant of the 1JZ engine family and was available in both naturally-aspirated and turbocharged forms. The 1JZ-GTE was offered in a variety of Toyota vehicles, including the Mark II, Chaser, Supra, and Soarer.

The 1JZ-GTE is known for its high power output and reliability. In stock form, it produces 280 PS (206 kW; 276 hp) and 363 N⋅m (268 lbf⋅ft) of torque. However, with the addition of a few performance modifications, the 1JZ-GTE can easily produce over 500 PS (373 kW; 493 hp).

The 1JZ-GTE is a popular choice for engine swaps and is often used in drift cars and other performance vehicles. It is also a popular choice for tuning, and there are a wide variety of aftermarket parts available for the engine.

Hi, my name is Abdullah Isaacs aka / Doell, I live in Cape Town, South Africa. I am a panel beater and spray painter by trade, I also do mechanical work, like repairs and conversions. I have been into cars from a very young age, they became a big part of my life.

I drive a Nissan S13 1jz. I bought the car about 12 years ago because it is the perfect car for drifting. I built this car cos I love it, it is an awesome car to own a real head-turner. To own  and drive this car is absolutely incredible, it's unique and just stands out from the rest

When buying an S13 make sure it's a complete car and in pretty good condition cos finding decent parts for a good price can be a headache. When modifying your S13  make sure you buy genuine or good-quality parts and not knockoffs. I think my car stands out because it is different from the rest,  my custom mixed colour first of all and with an R32 wing and a 1jz gte motor.

Everything was done to the car I have done it by myself. The bodywork, spray, mechanical, suspension, the whole lot besides the fitting and tuning of the management system. My cousin Yusuf Anthony does the management systems and tuning.

I am doing some upgrades on the car in the near future like a new intake plenum, more significant throttle and a fresh paint job maybe.

I am on a few S13 chat groups where I have met a few great friends where we help each other and do breakfast runs and mountain drives. The groups I'm in help a lot when you need to find parts or advice. I also did some work for a few guys from the S13 group and made lots of friends, we always looking for a reason to drive our cars and get together. 

My dream car does not exist. I will just stick to what I got.
