A91 Supra CF Edition - Matt Jordan

The 600-limited production of the CF edition was nice but I had to take it up a notch. I have number 579 but wanted to set myself apart from the other 600 too.

Hi, I’m Matt owner and operator of SWS Electric, pretty simple guy. I like to have nice things cars have always been part of my life, from looking at the magazines or AutoTrader's catalogue back when they had those at the grocery store to getting my first car and modding them. It’s just always been something about them that attracted me to them.

Funny story about how I ended up in this car, I wanted something sporty from a reliable company but also wanted to 1-Up people too as I’m a competitive person. So I ended up with an A91 Supra CF edition.

The 600-limited production of the CF edition was nice but I had to take it up a notch. I have number 579 but wanted to set myself apart from the other 600 too.

What do I think makes my car unique, it's got to be the completely custom wrap, the added carbon piece to bring it all together. It’s an attention grabber.  It's a head turner, it's fun daily-ing it and seeing the people look or try to snap photos on the road. It's fast and fun to drive. The sounds it makes are awesome and just all together amazing.

What do you think?

I researched the companies/businesses I would trust my vehicle to. Again, better done right than to do it twice. I have a business to run and am always busy, I don’t have time to try to figure out how to install something I’m not 100% sure of. It just makes more sense to pay someone who knows what they're doing.

Advice/Tips

Good luck, it was a pain in the ass trying to find a CF edition. I had to get mine from (Georgia?) and bought it sight unseen. Better to do it right than to do it twice. Sometimes it is better just to pay a well-trained and seasoned installer to do the modifications than it is to try to figure it out.

Future Plans

I’ve been waiting for a remote unlock for the DME on the B58 Gen2s. It's a fun drive now but can’t wait to REALLY wake it up

Club/Groups

Dallas Bavarians are probably one of the least toxic car clubs I’ve gotten to be a part of. They grow and adapt to the members and everyone is welcoming and willing to help each other as if they were truly family @dallas.bavarians

Being in the car social scene opened me up. They may not know it but I’m fairly anti-social. Because it's an attention-getting car, people are just drawn to it and many ask questions while some just compliment. Those asking about it and having the same interest, allow me to be more sociable and less introverted.

Dream car.

I used to have a “dream” car but life is too short to “dream” or “wish” for a car. If it is something you REALLY want, make it happen. If you really want something how hard are you willing to work for it and what are you willing to sacrifice
