Honda Civic Type R

I’m a driller for a ground investigation work all over the world been doing it about 4 years now think I’m one of few that can say I love my job I’m 29 and live west wales follow me on insta @dann_ep3 

I’m not actually sure what got me into the car scene. I've always been a massive fan of cars from a child but I suppose it’s gotta be just having the ideas and bringing them to life and let’s be honest who doesn't love the atmosphere of car shows and meets with your mates

Nooo my first car was a Citroen AX GT can’t even think of all the cars I’ve had but my ep3 is my current project alongside my “daily” Volvo C30 

My current car is a Honda Civic type r owned it around 3 years now give or take it’s a custom blue colour (was red) current exterior mods are: big rear wing custom front splitter and canards lowered into 30mm eibach lowering springs 17” speedline alloys dc5 brembo big brake upgrade hardrace front and rear drop link and ball joints full tegiwa exhaust system with polybush exhaust mounts jdm front anti roll bar power flex engine mount inserts tegiwa carbon intake  hybrid racing fuel rail dipstick and oil cap custom wrinkle black rocker cover with flush fit spark plug cover tegiwa strut bar  mishimoto radiator with 14” slim fan as for interior I’ve stripped the rear seats and built a custom false floor with rear X brace 2 front sparco grid bucket seats full

Flocked dash with carbon centre and speedo surround hybrid racing short shifter custom suede roof lining battery relocation from under bonnet to between the seats with odyssey pc680 battery  I have gauge pod on the dash with water temp and voltage gauges (oil temp soon to go in) omp aftermarket steering wheel  and pioneer da130 stereo with upgraded vibe speakers 

Cars not finished still a long way off where I want it. My plans are to supercharge it in the next year or so... current looking at upgrading the rear anti roll bar and more poly bushing of the suspension components 

Everything on the car has been done by myself other than the big break upgraded I had help from local mechanic/ friend 

I’ve learnt a lot of things through friends and self thought via YouTube etc . I'm always happy to help others if I can :) 

I’m currently admin for WEST COAST JDM Facebook page has to be the best club out there everyone is so friendly and inviting and we always have the best times at shows and meets etc  

I always try to go to shows and meets wherever possible can be difficult with my job at times as I work away but I try my best 

My dream car has to be original Honda NSX with obviously few tasty upgrades not really sure why I’m just a massive fan of the car and I will own one!
