I’m a sprayer, 29 and from somerset,

Believe it or not, my cousin I just found out existed was into cars and I stopped hanging around with the wrong crowd and fell in love with the cars and my dad I just found out existed he had an ep3 type R and he let me help him modify his civic which was a show car mag feature over 10 years ago since then I was a jap fan from 2 starlets 3 civic 1 del sol 1 soarer 1 is200 2 Subarus and now with the RX8

My first car was a 106 1.1 hand me down from my sister only lasted a year before the head gasket went on Christmas day then 4 weeks later I ended up with my first jap car the starlet which had the Glanza v kit  I loved it 

The current car is the 03 rx8 231 spec 

13b renisis lump, I've not gone past a tone in it,231,0-60 is around 6

• Fully decatted and custom single exit with for 4inch Jap can

• Magnacor uprated leads

It's Not finished yet once the engine goes bang I plan on a 1.8 mx5 engine on a td04 hybrid turbo, All the work has been done by me apart from the welding which was done by mates at my old job 

Tips

If you are thinking of something just do it. If you have an idea for a mod or style go for it, somethings like the bonnet I watched videos on YouTube for help and then passed on that info to mates as well 

Groups/Clubs

There's a few but rx8 familial,  there are so many nice people who help if you need help you rarely get any rubbish comments back. Darkside imports, southwest revolutions, club jdm UK, Spring-action day as it's only down the road, Jap day, Japfest, and if I can ultimate street car it's a bloody wicked weekend with mates 

Dream car 

This is easy if money isn't an object the Lexus LFA not the quickest car on the market but its sexy as hell interior is amazing and that sound
