The 350Z is becoming very popular among the stance community. Thanks to the fast and furious films, the 350Z was thrown into the tuning world with it having a beautiful base for exterior modifications. There are so many different styling options for the exterior such as widebody kits from Veilside and Rocket Bunny, or even add-on trims for the body. Such as DK's 350Z in Tokyo Drift which has a widebody Veilside kit. You also get interior and suspension upgrades. It is very rare nowadays to have a car meet and not have a 350Z lurking around somewhere. They are listed as one of the best starter drift cars for beginners. It is budget-friendly and has good potential for a competition build.

The 350Z has the legendary VQ engine. There arent alot of naturally aspirated engines that sound as good as the VQ engine. The Nissan 350Z that Jaydee owns has a VQ35DE engine which produces from 170 to 224kw and 334 to 371 Nm. You can increase power with a bolt-on turbo kit and a variety of other engine parts.

Jaydee Stoltenkamp had a vision of how he wanted his 350Z to look and man it looks really amazing. It definitely stands out from the crowd. It's definitely a fun car to drive, especially the manual. Hi my name is Jaydee Stoltenkamp. I was born and raised in South Africa (Cape Town). He owns a battery store so he works in retail/sales. Jaydee is a father of two which gives him even more reason to continue this hobby.

What got Jaydee into cars was gaming, playing the classic games such as Gran Tourismo and the need for speed. As you can see Jaydee`s interests and hobbies have always been cars from a young age. As he says to be honest it was just a passion and a love for cars that kept me sane. As each of the cars he owned came in, they surely left with a different look. Modified cars have just done it for him, to see how and what all a person can do to a car and take it to a different level is dope as he says. Having a hobby and an interest in modified cars, Jaydee could never leave his 350Z standard, he wanted to take his car to the next level which he certainly did and to quote him “I must admit that compared to driving the car the first day to driving it now is just as exciting- honestly it's even better!”

It has a lot of styling and tuning upgrade potential. All the things I have done on my car and that were done on the car, are everything I chose to do, this is what makes my car unique to me, it's different and different sets you apart from the crowd. He has fitted a Rocket Bunny body kit and custom Volks TE37 to the 350Z which makes the car look really wide.

To quote Jaydee "before I even started to modify my cars, it was never for the car scene but it was and is for myself, but yes the car scene brought new friends and different vibes, so it was a good chapter.
