My name is Eddie Salazar. I am 21 years old. I was born in SweetWater Texas, I was raised in Harlingen Texas where I currently stay. I am an employee at a warehouse known as Penske. In my off time, I like to spend time with friends as well as work on cars with them. I also hit the gym after work in my spare time and hit a couple of shots at the court. 

My dad would work as a body technician, his passion was working on cars and making the customers happy. Unfortunately I never really got to experience it but my mother would always show me pictures of his work and how much he loved it. He passed away when I was only 2 years of age. I work on the bodywork on weekends hoping in the future I have enough saved to open a body shop of my own. 

I chose this car because I love the 3v body styles. One of the best body styles in mustangs in my opinion. Also chose the 4.6 route because a lot of people choose the 5.0 route, I wanted to be a little different and show a 4.6 can really pack a punch. 

I really didn’t think I'd be building a car from scratch, but being blessed and having the opportunity to build one is already a dream come true. I've always wanted to build one but didn’t think it’d happen soon. My dad had a car of his own which was an Impala that he built and customized the body on his own. I wanted to just carry the tradition on in my style. 

It feels great owning the car the way it sits now, it gets so much love and so many looks it reminds you why you built the car in the first place. To make people smile when they see it. My advice, do it now, follow your dreams and if building a car starts now, little by little anything’s possible.

I think my car is unique just because it’s mine, everyone has their own little taste and that’s what makes their car unique.
