Jordan - Nissan Skyline R34 converted Nissan Stagea
With Stagea's not being sold in the UK, they're rare here in any form, with even less having the R34 conversion, which definitely turns heads, even if it's partly in the confusion that the R34 is actually an estate.

By day I'm a Project Accountant, I'm 28 & live in the North West of England. Outside of work, my time is filled with restoring cars, modifying cars, mountain days, gigs & festivals (pre covid!). Cars have always been a family thing, growing up watching various forms of racing, such as F1, BTCC, Bangers etc, with my first go in a Kart coming very early on, trying to keep up with my dad.
I remember getting into the modified scene around the age of 13, inspired by Max Power magazines, and being envious of anyone who owned a Nova on 17's, with regular trips to shows such as Donny. I was also getting into Banger Racing and started racing at 15, which led to me drifting away from the modified scene. After ten years I gave up regular racing, and got back into road cars, with a mixture of Modified and Resto cars.
I daily drive an R34 converted Nissan Stagea. I bought the car in the summer, as a standard looking, silver stagea. As the car was only bought with this in mind. I love a fast estate, wanted a daily which I can fit a mountain bike in and I've always wanted an R34 Bayside Blue GTR. The Stagea fit the bill and the day the car was collected we set too and stripped the front end ready for the R34 swap, with full build being done in 3 months.
With Stagea's not being sold in the UK, they're rare here in any form, with even less having the R34 conversion, which definitely turns heads, even if it's partly in the confusion that the R34 is actually an estate. I've not seen any other R34 Stagea's in Bayside Blue in the UK so it's quite possibly unique over here.

The engine & Coilover upgrades were done by a previous owner.
Me and a mate did the R34 conversion, which is a change of bonnet, front wings, headlights, front bumper, side skirts & spoiler, with all the front end work requiring custom fabrication work, as none of the original Stagea brackets lines up to the R34 parts. Another friend has completed the colour change to Bayside Blue. Finally, the car went to JJM Garage for a full health check by a skyline expert. As this is my first RB powered car I wanted a trained eye to check it over, along with a full service and fresh Cambelt.
The main future mods are a custom rear valance to bring the rear of the car level with the middle, and a manual conversion as its currently still auto, along with finessing some minor details, and a fresh map to get it over 400bhp.
I struggle with dream cars, I think I'd need at least 5 - Escort Cosworth, 1960 Buick Lesabre Coupe, R34, Datsun 280c cokebottle & an RS6. I think you need different cars for different moods & occasions.
