Zeus Widder - 2012 Twin Turbo 370Z Nismo
I decided to build this car because it was either build and make it go faster or get a GTR. Every GTR owner that I talked to that has also owned a 370Z wishes they never got their GTR and turbo’d their 370Z. They kept talking about how fun their Z was and how much they missed it versus driving their GTR.

The Nissan 370Z NISMO is the most hardcore version of the V6-powered sports coupe. NISMO is the Japanese brand's tuning division and stands for Nissan Motorsport. NISMO models have always been the rawest versions of Nissan's sports cars.
Upgrades over the standard 370Z are more focused on performance and aesthetics over luxury with the 370Z NISMO, this owner's car is a Twin Turbo, yes you read that right, these are fitted under the car and give it a lot more power than the standard Nismo. A full racing body kit is equipped, along with lightweight alloy wheels, a chunky spoiler and red detailing everywhere. Inside, the 370Z NISMO has a Recaro-branded sports seats, part leather and Alcantara steering wheel and loads of red stitching.
The 370Z NISMO is powered by an upgraded version of the standard car's 3.7-litre V6 petrol engine, pumping out a little extra power from 324bhp to 342bhp and the sports suspension helps to keep the car rigid and level through the corners.
Considering it's pretty much a track day model of the sports coupe, the Nissan 370Z NISMO is incredibly well equipped. Along with the raft of performance upgrades, On paper, the 370Z NISMO's performance statistics look promising, with a 5.2-second 0-62mph time and a top speed of 155mph. There's no mistaking you when you're out on the road. Although some may not think this is a good thing, it's almost assured that the racing body kit and the massive rear spoiler will attract a lot of attention.
The photographer captured pretty much every angle of this gorgeous model, including all the upgrades the owner has done, and what a fantastic job they have both done, the owner as certainly paid attention to detail, looks and power, and the photographer made sure to capture this in his images, make sure to check them all out.

Hey, My name is Zeus and I have been a paramedic for 15 plus years. Originally, I came from Toronto, Canada but my family moved to Corpus Christi, Texas when I was about 15. Unfortunately, most of my family moved back to Canada and I had to stay since I was already established with friends and med school. I have had unique cars throughout my teens and young adult life. I have always been more into motorcycles, more specifically crotch rockets.
Anything from a Suzuki to a Ducati, I have owned them all. I tear them down, see what can be upgraded, and then build it back up. I have always done this as a hobby to keep my hands busy. However, as I got older and got more responsibilities in my life, I started looking at four wheels more than two. Hence where we are today with the build you are currently seeing, my Twin Turbo 370Z Nismo.
I first started wrenching on cars when I was 2 years old with my dad, I was always a helper holding a light or pretending to torque a bolt down when I was probably rounding it off. As far as the car scene goes, I was always a part of it due to the bike scene. Bikes and cars go hand and hand with where I am at. So when I eventually transitioned from bikes to cars, I was already pretty much an established part of the scene.
I have honestly always wanted a Z ever since the 350Z came out. With all my responsibilities, work and school, and extracurricular activities, I didn’t have the opportunity to get it. And one random birthday my wife decided to get me a 370Z to one-up me from the Mustang I got her. Her reasoning is, I always buy what I want right away so I'm lousy at getting gifts for special occasions, cause chances are, if you were planning on getting me something I want, I probably already got it, so she one-upped me cause she knew I hadn't gotten it LOL
I decided to build this car because it was either build and make it go faster or get a GTR. Every GTR owner that I talked to that has also owned a 370Z wishes they never got their GTR and turbo’d their 370Z. They kept talking about how fun their Z was and how much they missed it versus driving their GTR. So, I refused to make the same mistake and can always get a GTR in the future. for now, it's all about building the Z until I feel there is literally nothing else I can possibly do, performance-wise or cosmetic-wise.
Owning and driving this car is like a road trip, let me explain. I got this car when it was bone stock with 11,000 miles on it and even found plastic wrap on some parts of the car that weren’t meant to be peeled off at the dealership. Here we are today where you could walk around this car and probably won't find a stock bolt belonging to this car. A lot of time, effort, blood, sweat, and tears went into this build and driving it throughout that time from stock NA to forced induction has definitely, been a trip.
I pride myself on trying to be unique. I do my best to try and never bite on other people’s ideas or visions. But we are in 2022 and most ideas have already been done especially when it comes to the 370Z. So my Z does have its unique qualities but there are also qualities that I have incorporated into my build that are credited to other Z builders. The biggest thing that will stand out above the rest is I have the very first Boosted Performance Twin Turbo kit on this build numbered #001. I made sure to wait for this kit for 2 years when it was just a thought in Sasha's mind, to build a production TT kit.

Advice/Tips
For anyone genuinely wanting to get a 370Z make sure you do your homework first. Have a goal in mind of what you want to do with your build. Once you have that goal read forums or look up parts and see how much your goal is going to cost. If I knew then what I know now I would have gotten a GTR over buying a 370Z Nismo.
Make sure you have friends if you don’t have friends don’t modify this car. That is friends with small hands lol. This is definitely not a big guy-friendly car. so many areas where you need to be able to fit your arms and hands into that Nissan was like... ya only 100lbs people only! all jokes aside, its a great car with endless potential, so just remember whatever you want to do, just research it, and you will get it done.
